im 160 5 foot 10 15.1% bf ... im going to be starting my first cycle ever of deca and test e but first i want a good starting base but i dont know what i should eat .. i train 5 times a week but i want a good diet to go along with it so i can gain some pounds.. i was wondering if someone can write me out a good diet that would help me out it would be greatly appriciated.. thanks..
