Question on Compounding Pharmacies?

Most of the legit HRT places use gear from Compounding Pharmacies. I guess it much cheaper than supplying name brands. Has anyone ever had these checked in a lab for dosing per mg vs whats labeled? Just curious about these brands that are being produced. My fathers an MD and doesn't know how tight they are regulated.

The only way to be sure is to get it tested.. IMO if you go with a legit lab you are going to get decent results. There are great UGL's around which are just as good but if safety is a concern and money is not stick with the C.P's

I would imagine there is a risk with UGL's but I get Test Cyp prescribed but they are from compounding pharmacies in the US. Theses pharmacies are supposed to be legit but how do you know if their process is off or they are low dosing to save money. I wouldn't know to have something tested but after reading about QV results I would think these small US companies may do the same. Just wondering because I don't know that I could really tell if the dosage was off.
