I find myself eating 8-9 meals a day now..I get up at 7 eat my first meal, and every couple hours through out the day I keep getting hungry so I eat a meal. just good protein, carbs coming from oats and brown rice, fats from 1 egg a day mixed with my whites and fats from flax/olive oil/natty pb...i am doing a clean bulk because I am going on vacation in less than a month and want to get some size and lean up...currently on phera plex as well...is this too much eating?
