Anyone eat this with your pro/carb meal. I am bulking and found a whole wheat chicken flavored kind. Its quick and easy to make and tastes good with nothing but 20g carbs per serving. (I have 3 of course)

doesn't stove top have alot of salt in it?
maybe, but I rarely pay attention to sodium.
I would be more concerned about its nutritional value more than anything ...
what kind of carb to fiber ratio does it have...? any fiber?
Like 3 grams of fiber per serving.
