Started with 180 pound ( 82 kg)
1st Deca 500 win 200
After 190 pound ( 85kg)

Then because not really pct lost a few pound

Second 185 pound
Test & d-bol 8 weeks
End up with 197

And then lost again a few

End result is around 190 pound
