    lat symetry issues

I have a symetry issue i need to correct and i'm not sure how to do it exactly......the main problem is my lats......when i do a front lat pose one is noticably wider than the other one........the strange this is i really have no difference in strength between the sides on unilateral exercises...

important to know i did injure my left shoulder at one point and i've often written this off as my shoulder not being able to move right to flex my lat the same as the other side....regardless though i need to rectify this before i do a competition and it's something i really want to do.

    any ideas???

I am curious as well b/c my right lat is much larger than my left from playing baseball up through highschool, I was a pitcher and I guess you flare yoru lat out when you throw the ball.

Same exact deal for me too. I suppose just do more reps with the weaker/smaller one.

I would try switching to more iso movements, such as db lawnmower pull, iso lat pulldown and iso row.....I was having the same type of problem and switched to these for about 6 weeks and now I can barely tell a difference
