Yet another thread on BACK PAIN

i work at a club and as such work is very demanding physically. By the end of work i am barely able to move my back because of the soreness. I try to keep my back straight, my lower back arched, but this is nigh impossible hwen reaching down into a fridge. As a result i start to slow down because the pain gets worse and worse. This slowing down leads to a whole lot of problems.

Anyway i was hoping that maybe changing up my routine would help?

this is my routine, and i work on friday and saturday evenings, occasionally thursday evenings.

    monday - chest
    tuesday - back
    deadlifts
    lat pulldowns
    bent over rows
    t bar row
    shrug
    ez bar curls

thursday - shoulder and triceps and biceps

    friday
    squat
    lunges
    leg curls
    calf riases

i used to do stiff leg deadlifts on fridays but i found that if i did, then work would be much more painful.

The pain just resides in my lower back, around hteb ase of my spinal column. I dont think i can wear a belt to work, although i have thought of doing it.

ANy suggestions?? Your help would be greatly appreicated!

Do you squats and deads on the same day or move your squats to Sundays.
    Transpose Monday and Friday workouts.

my back is usually quite sore on sundays because of saturday work

for deadlifts and squats ill do 2 warmup sets - 8 reps each and
3 work sets aiming for 8 - 10 reps. Ill increase the weight if i can 10 reps easily.

doesnt squat also take a toll on the back? Wouldnt it be better to squat on thursday, maybe?
squats the day before deadlifts is interesting.
