    Upping the clen dose to 160mcg

    Well I have been taking 120mcg clen last few days, tommarow is first day of week 2, can I up the dose to 160mcg.

    yes if you are not getting any sides that you can not handle.also you will have to take benadryl to go beyond 2 weeks
