I've been training for a cuople of months now, nothing too serious, just good fun and a great workout, plus it blends in well with my bodybuilding....
Every summer I run a buisness for 4-5 months so I'll be moving to another city and won't be able to train...
I bought a heavy bag...and I need some ideas on how to train, as in a PROGRAM...seems to me I do everything too chaoticly, if you know what I mean...
Something like..
- 1 min jump rope, 1 min rest, repeat 10 times
- 1 min left jab, 1 min rest, repeat 5 times
....I hope you know what I mean, a plan for a workout just like a bodybuilding program, including stuff like push ups, crunches, bridging and so on...
I could also use some ideas for combinations of punches for me to practice...
Also any websites that offer this kind of knowledge would be great - something like AR for boxing
