Im not doing this or anything, just curious after some of the military posts Ive read. And it doesnt have to be SD, just a roid in general.
If one decide to drop the weights, and do a SEAL type training and just did, pushups, situps pullups, ran, and swam. Would it be worth it doing a cycle at the same time? Or is that better left to a weight lifting workout? Just curious...thanks.
