Importance of Nolva and Clomid

How important is it to run Nolva and Clomid after a simple first cycle of TEst Enanthate at 500mg for 10 wks? I have read threads that say Nolva is superior and does the same thing so use simply Nolva and have read others that say both are neccesary. Also wondering how exactly to run Arimidex and if it is even neccesary with a cycle like this. Thanks for the help guys

nolva is an anti-e , clomid helps regain natural test level function. you need to realize what these things do, to understand WHY you need them. nolva keeps you from growin woman features, (it is, an anti-estrogen), and clomid brings your natural test function back up to par. these two aren't the same.

so if I were to run Clomid by itself with the same .25 Arimidex Im going to run throughout cycle I would ok also? Or should my cycle look more like this

1-10 Test E 500mg (250 2X a wk)
1-16 Arimidex .25mg ED
12-16 100mg Clomid 20mg Nolva ED
