    Smile Questions...

Hi ladies! I am new to this web site, and have many questions.

Ok so here is my situation: I am 5'2 and 120lbs. I recently gained this weight in the last three months. I just started my everyday work out. I am going to Cancun in June and I want to be down to 100-105 by then. I have a terrible eating habits. I don't like anything that is good for me such as, veggies water etc etc. I need some advise on a way to loose the weight and look toned for my trip. I have also considered using Winstrol. What is you guys opinion on that? Thanks for the support!

Welcome to AR, but think very carefully about using AAS just to lose weight. Side effects in women are permanent. Do some research for yourself.

Even if I only do it for a small amount of time? I have done a little research but nothing really gives to much info. I just wish there was another way to help with my appetite and a possible fat buner. Thanks for replying to me.

Your weight and i assume body fat are not ideal to take gear. And yes sides are permanent at times

Weight lose starts with diet and then training.

Try this and see if it helps you. Upon waking in the morning, drink some water only, no food, and do some cardio (brisk walk, jogging, gym machines percore, cross trainer, stair master, etc.) for 20-60 mins at 60-70% of your max heart rate (MHR) . This will shock your body and you will burn fat. You can also add the ECA stack which is ephedrine, caffeine and an aspirin. This will aid in the fat burning process. Be careful with ephedrine and make sure you cycle it. Say 1 month on, 1 month off. You could probably go two months, but your body will get use to it and you’ll have to use more, which won’t be a good thing. I can’t stress enough about how important your diet will play a key roll in burning fat, so it must get better! I hope this helps you because steroids are not the answer. I’m sure you don't want a potentially permanent deep voice, facial hair, or enlarge clitoris. I know girls that this has happened to and it's not pretty.

You’re welcome for the information and I’m glad to hear that you don’t want to use AAS anymore. Try eating fish, chicken, eat whites, brown rice, and fresh fruit, but veggies are really important. You need to have a well balanced diet, as you will look and feel better. Check out the diet forums and see if there are some in there that will help you. To reach our goals we have to sacrifice, so you are going to have to eat some veggies. Steam some broccoli and chicken is great for dinner.

veggies can be tough...the key is to fine some that you like. Personally I like a nice salad...even pickles are good. Maybe some carrots

I'm not a big fan of veggies either.. I like meats and chocolates

On a serious note however.. there are ways to incorporate veggies daily.. enjoyably.

I buy the prepackaged 'stirfir mix' of frozen veggies

I defrost 'em.. and toss 'em in a hot frying pan with some strips of lean beef and some teriaky sauce. I may use a drop of olive oil to coat the pan.. or use non-stick spray.

Stir-fry tastes great.. and fits into most meal plans

    Welcome to the board

    and good luck
