Alright guys, I'm starting my journal for my "fat loss for summer" diet.

my diet is roughly 60/25/15 - pro/carb/fat
and will be between 1800-2000 cal.s a day.
I'll be doing cardio for 45 minutes at 65-70% MHR 5 days a week before breakfast.
and I'll be lifting 4 times a week in the afternoon/evenings.
My water intake is between 1.5-2 gal.s a day.
I'll keep you guys all posted on the progress.
