Acne on back and shoulders

I have a little bit of acne on my shoulder and back, what should i use to clear it and help prevent it from coming back???

red ones and white ones, no i dont wear dirty shirts too long, im a very clean person, expecially when i comes to my clothes and body

Try 10% benzoyl peroxide cream. Just be sure its completely dry when you go to bed, or else it will bleach your pillows and sheets.

ive never seen 10%, what about 5%??
