    In fact I hear its so awesome, I had to have it. The realator ,whose my best friend, sent me a picture and said some muscle head juice bag was gonna put an offer on it so, I was like NO WAY! I mean this pad was nice, Charleston style house with a big wrap around porch, huge fenced in yard, tons of Sq. footage, etc etc. So I just called when I heard he was on his way over and bid outright. And better yet my realator sold the guy some bullshit about the bid contingency clause being removed! hardy har har!!!!!!!!!
    I love real estate!

    I'm too tired to be pissed off at his thread, my day started off at 4:00a in a burning building and I've been in the car house shopping all day, and listening to my fiance bitch about "nothing is as good as that, I dont ****ing like anything" **** it, at this point I'm about to just buy some double wide, crack open a mad dog 20/20 and call it a ****ing day, night fellas
