being I like to try and live up to my online name I always look forward to smoking some quads but today was different... warming up on the squat I could barely go parallel with 225 ... seriously the knees hurt like poo-poo, it was terrible. (and 225 is just a warm-up set)... this bugged me but perplexed me even more, I was really off my game... brushed it off as just being off and decided to do the leg press... loaded three 45's on each side and settled into the sled... squeezed out 20 but again, the knees were complaining loudly... of course first reaction is WTF is going on? I started to add a new aerobic exercise in my routine... let me preface this by saying that I personally love jumping rope but it tends to be hard on my joints, so I avoid them... my wife turned me on to a new product Urban Rebounder it has been on heavy rotation on the infomercials and claims to be easy on the joints... bingo, just the thing I was looking for, so I became a lemming and bought it via the website... now I am not saying it isn't an intense aerobic activity, hell at first I couldn't complete the intro video but let me tell you, easy on the joints it isn't... since my buddy pinpointed the source of my fvcked leg workout it is crystal clear... this one kills the knees
