i needed a new shaker because all of mine right now are cracked or leaking. ( i use crappy ones)
my friend had told me that anything from GNC would cost a fortune... so i wanted to see for myself.
I walked into the store and I asked the lady what kind of shakers they had. She showed me one.. then looked in a shelf underneath the stacks and then showed me anotehr kind. While she was searching through the shelf i saw those allmax nurition cups. I asked her if i could get a couple of those. She said theyre just cups... you can have just have them... no problem

So i walked out of there with two cups (shakers)...

How happy am I? VERY HAPPY

Yeah I've talked about aas with a guy that worked on one awhile back. He was like mid 20s and pretty damn big...probably one of the only knowledgable guys I've talked to there. He started his Try so and so..itll add 20lbs muscle in 4 weeks etc etc and I was like no thanks that stuff wont work..etc etc then i was like do u have to say that to everyone and hes like yep..

They work on commision. Enough said. Hell if I worked there, I'd be selling everyone estrogen telling them it would make them huge!

Next thing I know I'd have 50 customers with gyno trying to run me over in their car... but atleast I'd have my money...

i went in there a while back and was just looking at their rediculous prices. Well i actually needed some MHP and i pay 25$ for it they wanted 45 lol. but nonetheless i was in there lookin at it and this lady comes up telling me that i should try some other mass gainer they have that its better. and i said "what kind of carbs are in it" i wanted complex carbs, shes like "maltodextrin and dextrose..etc" i was like well im lookin for more like barely and oats like in mhp she then proceeded to tell me that there was no difference between the two and tried to tell me that if i lifted weights i should stick to simple carbohydrates, i told her i was sorry i walked in and havent been back to one since.

if thats the case im gonna have some water + dextrose every two hours... screw oatmeal or whole wheat toast!

Best shaker I have found is sold by the sponsor of this board. I was given one recently, and I will probably order a couple one of these days.

GNC sucks, but they used to have a decent deal on their house brand protein poweder... with the gold card, and with the two-fer discount, it was reasonable.

I was told by one of the managers, though I never put it to the test, that if you come in with a flyer of the same product from a competing supplier (even on online vendor) they will match the price... don't know if that is a universal policy or just that particuliar store
