I've been training for about 2 years with 6-7months off due to broken bones. I came back to the gym November 2005 weighin in at 180, during the winter put on 70lbs naturally.

Here you are, a measurement log that I have used that works well to track progress.

you're a fairly solid lookin dude, personally i like my bf a little lower but i understand if you are bulking. Chest needs some work along with arms. Traps could use some work. Lats and legs dont look bad.

You've got a good base to work with for sure, if I were to critique you I'd start with saying that at 22 yrs old and 2+ yrs of training you need to gain more knowledge in the diet/training department.
From the pics I can see your shoulders have descent size but your back is deff your worst part (do more Deadlifts, lat pulls, rows).
I'd say your chest is probably your favorite part to work as shoulders/chest are most developed and legs/back are more underdeveloped compared to the rest of you. Your core is deff a weak part which will affect you when you start putting up heavier weight, so concentrate on Squats/Deads as your main excercises.
I would've suggested waiting on a cycle because your diet is obviously off, but since you are already in the cycle take advantage of these forums and learn as much as you can.
I'd start by posting your current diet/goals in the diet forum and let us help you there.
Goodluck, you look great bro! Keep workin at it.

Interesting replies, thanks for the tips!

IBdmfkr: my workout is concentrated mostly on deadlifting and squatting, so it is dissapointing that you say that my weak links happen to be my back and legs. I hardly do any isolation lifts, and everything is geared towards core strengh. Anyways, you're advice is appreciated and I will just have to work harder.

My diet goals are to be at about 10% BF..I dont know how many cals i eat per day, but a rough estimate is 3000-4000.

4000+ on the cals and good luck to you!

3000-4000 is a huge difference.. I suggest you try and figure out where it is because without knowing this you won't know what needs to be adjusted.

Many ppl squat, deadlift.. but many also do not do proper form and/or do a full range of motion so the muscle is only partially worked.

Muscle development also takes time in the gym, which you are lacking. So just keep at it and with time you should be able to notice huge differences.

What is there to comment about?

You're holding way too much BF but have good size. Try leaning down a bit so you can see the muscles you have. Looks as if you eat out too much, very bloated.

Please recommend something I can take for bloat. I have lots of nolva, clomid, and some letro.

  26. #26
Mainly it will depend on diet bro.. I'd post your diet in the Diet forum for critiquing asap so we can get it fixed now rather than later..

Nolva is ok, but I'd suggest arimidex or letro for reduction in bloat. Personally favor aromasin but it's expensive and hard to find for some.

i am your size i am 240 at 6'5 with like 8-9% bf. i am more ripped. and i am taller at 250 i think you should be bigger. then again all are different.

I would eat like 6-000 cals on a bulk

my bulk soon will be 350-400g protein, 700-900g carbs, 150g fat(mostly good)

    for 4-5 months.

i am 19 been training for 5 years . seriously for over 3.

read up, all you can do is learn

you should work all muscles. your core will strengthen.

I mean i work like this for now till i switch up

    monday: chest, biceps
    tuesday: quads, hams
    wed: day off
    thurs: shoulders, calves, forearms
    fri: back, triceps

I do this for 8-12 weeks, then switch it up.

3-4 sets for each exercise, 3 exercises per group, 6-12 reps per set. adding weight with each set.
