Help with my child custody case

Could any of you bros help me on what sort of things I can use to help with my child custody case.

I have a hearing in a few weeks and need to prove that my son would be better off with me. Iam already comparing Ofsted reports on schools to make sure the ones where I live score higher than his current ones.

Does anyone in the UK have any suggestions please

The best advice I can give you is dont drag your child into the middle of the custody of the case. You both love him so put him first and keep him out of the dogfight. I am by no means saying dont fight for custody of your son but dont forget your doing this for him so dont drag him into it

    Get an atty.

I'm not licensed in the UK so I don;t know hte laws regarding custody but I cannot impress upon you enough, the importance of getting a solicitor or barrister (whoever handles these cases in the UK).

Yeah the important thing here is your son. When i divorced, I just moved closer to my kids so I could spend as much time as possible with them.

moving is not an option for me as it took me 12 month to get myself sorted with accomodation where Iam now and dont have any freinds or family where my son lives, just bad memories.
