meal 1 - 6 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal (50 grams carbs)
meal 2- 8 oz chicken (2 cups of white rice should be 50 grams of carbs) however, i probably way over estimate my portions here so in reality probably fluctuates between 50-65 grams, since i am in the dining hall, i would look like a ****stick if i brought a measureing cup
meal 3- 8 oz chicken 1 cup oatmeal. 36 grams of whey
workout out
pwo- 36 grams whey and a bagal (50 grams of carbs) meal 4
pwo 2- 8 oz chicken and 1 cup of oatmeal meal 5
meal 6- 12 oz chicken nuts
meal 7 4 oz chicken, nuts, 25 grams whey
totals 400 grams of protein with 200 grams of carbs, 250 on workout days, on non workout day i just omit the bagal. fat im not sure but the nuts are fine
i feel like my muscles are pretty full. I feel strong, but i will get my real test at the end of the week. i feel nice and puffy in the face, so i suspect my glycogen is full again after a long road of extreme low carbing.
All my carbs are quality and complex. DO you think they could be any higher?
Does anyone feel like the are nice and full on a carb amount like this
My main question is if i am getting in enough carbs?
I also just got done low carbing it and dieting down, after going back to mass building, does the body adjust where it needs more carbs to get the same effect of keeping glycogen full? thats my main concern
if it helps, i am 5'8 and about 200 or so probably like 12 percent bodyfat
