    Whats the reason....?

Guys whats the reason you should avoid milk products while on a contest diet? i know you want to stay away from lactose the milk sugar but what about cheeses? i found some cheese with no sugar...would that be acceptable? i usually include cheese in my diets until about 2-3 wks out..any input would be nice...

well if you can get into contest shape then keep it in. some feel it gives them a bloated look. personally i dont know if this is credible, but ill stay away for a couple weeks to make sure i come in in top form.
