    is this fine?

monday- cardio 1hr spinning or basketball, chest/tri, abs
    tuesday- shoulder/back
wednesday- cardio 1hr spinning or basketball, biceps, abs
    thursday- off
friday - cardio 1hr spinning or basketball, legs, abs
    saturday- off
    sunday- basketball

anyone see anything wrong with that routine?

A lot of ab work. I like to do shoulders and bi's together or a least not back to back. I do not like to do cardio before I lift because I slack on my lifts.

i wouldnt do bi's the day after back, they should still be recovering from pullups/rows

instead of working mon tues wed friday, what about mon tues thurs fri? then you could keep your same split, giving your bi's an extra day of rest after back

IMO you shouldn't be doing shoulders the day after chest and tris and like GunTotingHipGangster suggested that you give your biceps rest as well b/c they shouldn't be done the day after back. Also, are you working out right after these intense 1 hour cardio sessions? If so, I would suggest that you don’t.

I meant back instead of shoulders.

Is it possible to weight train four times per week or do just want three? I can help you but I need to know that first.
