let em boild real good then drain out the hot water and run em through cold water keep it running for like 20 seconds the shell should come off prety easy
that how I do it anyway works well for me...

I let em sit in the water while the water heats up this prevents them from cracking. Usually 12-15mins depending on your stove. Then try the cold water method
The key that i have found is this
1. make sure you boil em nice and good
2. when done boiling, quickly drain the hot water and replace with cold. repeat a couple of times, and then throw a shit load of ice in with the eggs. like i have a little special cup that i use for every protein shake of my life, 1 that cup holds about a quarter of a gallon, and fill that up twice with ice
3. let them sit for 10-12 minutes
4. when pealing them, be su re to keep them under cold running water. the shells usually come off real easy, like in one or two pieces for me
I throw then in a pan with water, turn the stove top on and wait until it starts boiling. Soon as its boiling i turn the stove top off and let the pan sit there until the water is back down to a temp where you can grab them out with your hands. Then peal while running cold water over them. Works everytime...
Ok boys, here's the trick. When you boil them, add some vinegar, that way if they do crack the vinegar stops them from spreading out, esentially it seals up the crack right away. I usually just dump in maybe a cup or so. Boil the water/vinegar first and gently place the eggs in, for some reason I find Omga 3 eggs crack more easily so be ginger with those ones. Let them boil in there with the lid on but tilted to release steam for about 7 minutes and then turn the heat off but put the lid fully on and let sit for 10 miuntes, then pour cold water on them continuously for a bit. Another trick is you're not supposed to let the air get to them going form hot to cold water... not until you're ready to peel them in fact.
Anyway, this is how I do it and I've never had an over cooked egg, "won't peel egg" or any hard boiled egg problems at all for that matter.. hope it helps!
