Ok guys,
As we covered before, I am new to this and using AndroGel for 2 wks now. 43 yrs old and trying to rebuild and stabilize after a spinal injury, surgery and improper medical treatment and advice. My real goal is to thin down some(not much needed) get back my cardio levels past, feel like I did pre-injury and get back some of, if not all the lost muscle. Would I like to add bulk, feel lots better, etc? Sure, who wouldn't, but it's not priority #1 right now.
I'm curious what suppliments guys are using and what is most recommended. For now, I'm more interested in the guys who aren't doing heavy excercise and real muscle bulking, since I CAN NOT at this point. Down the road I HOPE I need this info too! Too little of this knowledge is out there for us and we really need it!!!
Truth be told, I'd love to get myself healthy enough to turn in my disabilty pension andreturn to some form of full time work!!! I love being active and productive. I love physical work!! I loved painting cars, doing electrical and plumbing and most of all, working on motorcycles! I can do very little and usually pay dearly for it. If I can get past all this pain and meds, I'll start fresh. My son will graduate HS next year and it would be a great chance for us both to re-invent ourselves, maybe even together. Hell, I'd love to go back to and even learn more about rebuilding, repairing and restoring bikes. Too many "custom builders" today, I'd be hapy doing whatever kept me busy and employed wel enough to enjoy life at a normal level(or better!!!).
