Have my show this saturday and i have started to carb up today(Thursday) i am 220 pounds and i need to consume 660g of carbs today, is that right? I am getting these carbs from oats, sweet potatoes and rice. Does anyone struggle to keep the carbs down? For my first meal i had to eat 130g of carbs that's 200g of oats nearly made me sick lol! I can't imagine having to do that again in a few hours. Can i reduce the carbs slightly, say by 100g to 560g?
