diet is deff key'd in why no flax though ?? you could add a little into meal 6 and why cardio evreyday for 45 mins man kinda hard to gain when doing that, i realize you wanna slow bulk but maybe cut back on the cardio, i have a hard enough time time slow bulking when only doing cardio 2 times a week for 30mins

diet looks good. im with steve0 tho with the flax in meal 6. or just add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil...... oh and a suggestion, make that a baby spinach salad(meal 6) that will get yourself more anti-ox's, and minerals.

Even when I'm cutting I only do Cardio 4 times a week for 30 min, let alone 45, but my metabolism is pretty quick, but point is its gonna be tough to put on some mass with that much cardio...

yea i actually do put some flax or olive oil in the salad, and sometimes use the ***** salad dressings...currently just came off a cut..i have the metabolism of a turtle so i will slowly begin to drop the cardio as i see fit. On the plus side im pure endo and the morning cardio for me is nothing barely break a sweat but it makes me feel good the whole day and allows me to eat more then usual because of activity level instead of being sedentary. my cut was 1hr every morning cardio and sometimes another 40 mins session on off days, so i dont want to just go from full blown to nothing and shock myself.

i guess im just scared of gettin fat again...been fat my whole life, finally achieved a set of abs, so thats why im so cautious right now with the maintenance/a little above slow bulk for the time being. Its been a long journey and the idea of going from 9hrs of cardio a week to a little under 2 hrs cold turkey kinda scares me.
