    Considering a cycle

    I'm over 30 yrs. old and never used steroids. I'm considering trying a cycle to bulk up, but want to maintain or increase my cut. Any ideas? See attached pics

    I do lots of cardio and watch my fat, sugar, and other simple carb intake. Still looking for advice on something to try for a cycle

    Its hard to say for you, you are pretty ripped, I would say around 9%. To bulk you are going to have to lose some of that definition unfortunately, but you can always cut again when you get to the size you want to be.

    First cycle I would look at

    wk 1-12 Test E 500mg / wee split in half and shot on Mon and Thursd

    Then a proper PCT.. If you keep the diet really clean you should still look prtty good and still gain quite a bit.

    Lookin cut up as hell. Very nice peak on the bicep. I think you COULD put on some more mass naturally. Your bodyfat is very low, I think a good bulking diet could do you some good. However, I would not be totally against the cycle idea. Basically your decision.

    With genetics to get that lean naturally, take advantage of them and eat/train naturally. You've got a shitload you can gain already w/your G makeup.

    Im sure you're concidering a cycle for cosmetic purposes (to look "better") I'de have to say that you look good as you are. OF course if you're going to cycle, there's nothing we can really do to stop you but give you the best advice, all I can say at this point is if you do a cycle, and you REALLY like your results, but you look great, then keep it at that, and do the rest natty after that. You in the same boat with me?

    I second this... problem with steroids is they take over and replace your genetics sometimes... you try to quit them and you reverse the gains you made when on. Leave them alone and dont let the steroids take over control.

    I've just been thinking about doing it for years. My size and strength has remained stagnant over a long period of time. I always wondered what a cycle would do for me. I want to keep a very low body fat percentage, but add more size and muscle. Also, I'm lacking in the leg department, no matter how hard I train them. My legs get stronger, but never gain size. Just looking for improvement. Thanks for the input!

    if ur getting stronger but not ne bigger thn the problem is w/ ur diet. im no expert but i think ur gonna have to sacrifice some bf% to gain some size. ne idea wht ur calorie intake is?

    id say do some research, then pick a cycle and let us know, looks like you got the diet, training, and a good base down

    I think I'm gonna stack Deca and Whinnie. Should I get some Clomid for the end of the cycle?

    Obviously I'm new to this. I was told by a friend to use these b/c they don't bloat you like some of the others. What can I use w/ the Deca?

    No it wont, the reason they say just test for the first cycle is so that you can see how you react with regards to side effects. If you do Deca and Test and get bad sides you wont know which one caused it. But having said that many people will do Test and Deca in a first cycle. I certainly did.

    Damn, bro you look lean, but if you get your diet dialed in the gear is completely unnecessary. You don't even know how much you eat now, so there's lots of room for improvement!

    Well since you are going to the dark side... I have been doing roids for 3 years... before I did them in my 20's until a broken neck/auto accident took me off weight training for a good decade. I have found over time... there are some changes they will make, for one my chest hair was irritatingly sparce... now the roids have increased the chest hair but in a nice way, like its more consistent. My voice has changed, I cannot produce high pitched voice I used to talk to babies and doggies with but I can live with out it. My voice has deepened and my wife says my speaking voice is more attractive. I can actually sing in a deep voice, I could not sing before worth a shxt. The supposed side effects to me are actually some of my favorite things. I have no tendency to loose hair. For others, changes might include hair growing all over your back, get a unibrow, loose your hair on head and loose singing voice. Its almost like you can say you "can" experience a second puberty when you go on roids.

    Some guys advocate high doses of testosterone. Lets say I tried to 500 mg, 750 mg, 1000 mg, 1500 mg of testosterone. I have found my body does better with fewer sides (like zero acne or loss of sex drive) if I take no more then 250 mg a week of testosterone but stack with something else. I love trenbalone enanthate. I have grown better on 250 mg tren e with 250 mg test e then anything else I have done which included 750 mg deca with 1000 mg test e, etc. I am shredded with full 8 pack abs, veins everywhere, incredible V-shape, I am very very happy with my body. I also recently entered PCT and I am finding the low dose method might have brough slower gains, but the losses are non-existent, whereas high doses means 10 lbs comes off as soon as you are starting clomid in PCT and you loose loose loose when off those high doses. I love this totally clear back with no acne throughout the cycle and no acne explosion in PCT. I am proof positive you can grow well on low doses after having done high dose cycles. Just getting on 250 mg testosterone alone will active your "steroid dependant muscle memory" and you quickly gain back all PCT losses anyways. My advise is keep your doses and side effects low. You dont need mega doses to grow.

    Dude 30 wow, props to that, awsome build, Id say screw roids man, u look fine, i mean im young skinny and dumb, but if i look like that at 30 i would have people kissing my feet...lol later man, whats diet/training look like
