So...
(as were comming into 7-11, we notice a cop car parked on the side of the road, about 60m away)
My brother and I were just leaving 7-11 & a shady looking crackhead walks by us and calls me a "fvcking phoney" -
my brother straight away pipes up "WHAT?!",
the crackhead replies, " I wasn't talking to you man, i was talking to him" (points at me)
I roll my eyes, and shrug it off, "whatever ty, lets just go".
My brother was furious, but I got him to come with me and leave. As we were pulling out we noticed the 7-11 attendant wrestling with the crackhead! Immediatly i told ty to stop the car, and we both quickly scrambled out, my brother and I both know the 7-11 nightshift attendant well, he's young and a very polite, nice guy.. so it's was definetly reasonable to assume that if the 7-11 guy was fighting some crackhead, it was morally justified. By now, the fight has escalated the crackhead getting the better of 7-11 guy, they are both in the gas fill-up parking space. The crackhead's back was turned to me, and I latched on a chokehold, 5-6 seconds later he was passed out and I released him (as i was supporting his body wieght and we both were standing up). He fell head first into the cement and gashed his eyebrow, blood started seeping out, but my first concern was safety, so my brother and I kept him pinned, i quickly checked for wpns, and didnt find any. A nearby 7-11 patron, (some 14 year old kid), nicely ran down to grab the cops attention. The policeman got there right away and cuffed the crackhead, gave first aid to the crackhead, called for back up, called for an ambulance, did a quick investigation and everything was taken care of. The crackhead needed stitches across his eyebrow as it was cut open from the cement impact.
LOL.. it turns out that he was trying to steal at sandwhich from 7-11, that's what all this was about... a phuckin sammich
