    Cutting Diet and Mood!

Hey guys, I was just curious if any of you guys notice you get kind of irritated on a cutting diet? Maybe I should have a drink or something w/ my cheat meal? LOL! I guess this may be a lounge question but I was just curious on how many of you guys feel slightly on "edge" when your diet is restricted? Also, do you guys do anything to ease the problem? I know having cheat days help, but do you guys do anything to relax. It just feels like I'm moody and hyped all day... Just making sure I'm not all alone here in my mood! Thanks!

I actually enjoy my cutting, I feel better when I am not stuffing myself. I get more tired so I need like 10-12 hours sleep when cutting. I also can't do things that needs my concentration, like math, computer problems I just can't stand on a cutting diet.

Just take a long ride in the car with music on high volume, that makes me happy and you don't think about food so much when your not at home.

LOL! Dude I like eating better than restricting myself. I've also notice a problem with thinking, I don't feel like concentrating either. I ate some sugar free jello to make peace but it just made me hungrier.

Yeah, cutting puts me in a horrible mood. Thank God for the Camaro. Just take long scenic drives to hear the engine roar when I'm in a bad mood. However, with the gas prices, I've had to limit the drives

Does driving calm both of you down? Maybe I need to go ride around for a while and just relax. I've noticed that I get kind of irritated about goofy stuff and have to tell myself I'm acting werid. ><

It calms some people down. If you drive a Geo, have road rage, are on tren, and are cutting, probably wouldn't be a good idea for you to go driving if you're in a bad mood Might end up on 'Cops'.

That's why you are alone when you cut, you don't have energy to entertain others. Just see the goal clearly infront of you and let nothing stop you, not even the police.

I have to be alone to cut. I can't deal with my own problems, let alone, the problems of others. I'm bad company.

I find diet soda and crystal light help. Also looking at old fatty pics for motivation. But nothing beats the Camaro and some loud music bumping from the system.

I feel better while cutting too. I have increased energy and this further increases on my ECA days. I also feel this exhilaration about the process because I get ripped and my mindset becomes focused to the point of obsession. It's exciting to me and it's a dramtic change. I go from 215 to 175 or less. According to bioelectrical impedence, right now I'm 197 and at 18.5% body fat (mostly midsection). I have a ways to go.

I do experience greater imapatience and irritation while dieting but it's minor. Rarely do I feel drained but I notice I need more sleep lately. The volume and the intensity and the stress of the stimulants is definately putting stress on my system and sometimes I worry about burning out or overtraining but so far it's going well.
