Hey guys, I was just curious if any of you guys notice you get kind of irritated on a cutting diet? Maybe I should have a drink or something w/ my cheat meal? LOL! I guess this may be a lounge question but I was just curious on how many of you guys feel slightly on "edge" when your diet is restricted? Also, do you guys do anything to ease the problem? I know having cheat days help, but do you guys do anything to relax. It just feels like I'm moody and hyped all day...Just making sure I'm not all alone here in my mood! Thanks!
