Whts up people?....
I'm working out 6 times a week. The thing is that my gym started to close earlier for some reason. It closes at 8!!! used to be 10...i get off work at 6 and till i get there its 6:30....so now i dont really have enough time to work on two muscle groups...in your opinion is it better to work on two muscle groups in one day or just single one?
By the way I also wanted to know if there are any good websites that describe and show a picture of good workouts...
