    Right now i'm doing 3 working sets ass-to-floor.. and 3 working sets to parallel.

    I realised i was getting more tear-drop recuirtment below parallel.. but imo i was losing total leg size because the overall stress to other parts of the leg was less

    u worked the same things i did

    today was my extra day so i just did a bunch of different shit instead of one muscle group

    whats wrong with me? I only squat 335x3 parallel at best and I weigh about 210. come to think of it I only bench 225x3-4 and d.l. 415x3

    If you guys can think of anything off the top of your head that I could read id really appreciate that.

    455 is a good squat especially raw

    I'm not sure that a 500+ squat would fit into my goals right now... Maybe next offseason i'll trry to push the envelope
