how do i get stuff?????

i was just wondering how to put the signitures under my screen name,and to put pictures on the bottom of my posts etc,dont know much about board stuff and ive looked through the control panel to no avail.

i know this sounds weird, but once i clicked on something in options and i came to a screen where i could put a signature but now i cant find it again, been looking loads n loads lol damnit..
