Sustanon / cypionate question???

I am prety much a beginner so check this out:
I have been taking 3iu of saizen a day 5on 2 off (I'm in 2 months of a six month cycle)
I am going to start cypionate in about 2 weeks not sure how much to use EOD, once a week, etc
also a friend just gave me 5 ampules of sustanon 250.
i was eager so i took 1 amp today and was wondering should i do this once a week till its gone, or more frequent till i get the cypionate.

Why are you taking GH?

5 amps of sust is not worth running.

Test-c should be shoot 2x weeks at 250mg to =500mg week. for 12 weeks.

You should not have shoot that amp of sust. dont use any more hold it for some other cycle.

yeah why are you taking gh???If you just have to run the sus do it first 2 amps a week but the second week start the cip.The only reason I say this cause of the prop in the sus it will act fast and it usually takes cip 2 weeks to get in the system.

use the sus then start cyp. do sus EOD or at the minimum mon morning thurs evening.

loook EOD is really dumb w/ sust its basically a long ester u dont need to worry about the prop since its only going to add up to 15mg ED w/ an EoD regiment. the phenyprop is good for 4days so u can shoot it E3D's and still get ample gains from sust.. so heres what you need to do
run the sust at 1ml E3Days or 1 amp
then when u run outta it continue the exact same schedule just using Cyp which is a long ester and u will still have realitiely stable blood levels if not more stable once u begin Cyp.

then u must be very very sensitive to blood flux.. if only a 30mgProp dose is bringing bout sides for you.

probably. I was sweating like a beast, damn felt like I had the shakes. But I switched it up and it went away.

NOW thats really weird.. shakes? and swating? something is up w/ that i would look into other matters than just blood levels.
