    Best Recovery Supplement

    hey guys i was just wondering .. whats the best post workout supplement to take.. i know glutamine but was wondering if you could do take like a "recovery stack" supp instead that includes glutamine.. and if so is it more beneficial.. thanks for advice

    Have you tried Optimums After Max for PWo shake....try lookin that up thats something you might like, I used it for 4 months and loved it...had much better recovery then I ran out of money so now just buy reg whey protein instead of both

    cytogainer....low in fat/sugar...has creatine and glutamine in it as well. plenty of good carbs and calories. 54 grams protein.

    i thought you are not suppose to take glutamine after workout as it fights with the amino profile of the food? or is it just for post cardio that you are not suppose to take it?

    im already taking cyto gainer.. i was wondering of like another powder w/ a few extra aminos in it.. for the healing and growth.. is there another supp i can take along w/ my shake?

    You can always add branch chain amino acids... they taste nasty so I cap them.

    Agreed or just buy the pre-capped ones, not too spendy just look around and you can find them relatively cheap

    try recovery stack from sci-fit. it seems like it is exactly what you are looking for.

    i heard u should not have glutamine and creatine at the same time as the both will fight for the same receptor sites.

    anyone else here this.

    i think BCAA's are great
