Overseas Buying

I'm not sure if this is appropriate, but I think it is b/c it is being advertised on the site, but why do overseas suppliers get a bad rap, when there are success stories if you choose a reliable place? Curious to know. I live in New York.

i don't believe all overseas suppliers have a bad rap? Like you said its basically the reliability of the source and how they package the gear,etc, that will determine whether you receive your gear undetected.

They use dozens of private European addresses that are not traceable to the company. I have 100% success rate with one supplier-mauinly because they offer tracking. I'm batting 60/40 with another who I have stopped using because when somethin does not arrive, it turns into a he-said/she-said. The ones who do not offer tracking have no way of proving they sent the package, and you have no way of proving you did not receive it.

Im putting a small order together for an overseas purchase but obviously dont want to get nabbed or have my stuff seized. The stuff Ive gotten in the past has always been from a friend black market, but hes done. I dont know if this is against the rules but could you pass the info of the 100% successful company on to me?
