    Help with Diet?

    I have always Had a big problem with my diet my diet is good but could be so much better because I am Lactose Intolerant. Not only that I am an ectomorph and the only meat I eat is Seafood, the only chicken I can eat is from KfC and the only meat I can eat is from a hamburger. Now does that really complicate my diet, Will I still be able to put on solid mass? I can put on lean Mass and shift my weight up and down 10kg in a few months but I dont ussualy see much mass if anything I get more cut and gain some more lean muscle. Althogh I am lactose intolerant Could I still put on bulk on my back, can someone help me out with my diet,

    Check the stickys atop the page, there is a couple guidelines for you to follow. Research and Read and you will be able to put together a complete diet for yourself to try.

    The flag has been raised, and I agree. No reason you can't make your own clean meals, even if you are lactose intolerant.

    shit yeah I got to agree with Kale. In what way is lactose intolerant related to not beeing able to eat chicken, tuna, lean pork, ground beef ect?

    If those foods are all that you can eat, there is no reason for anyone to suggest anything to you.

    I'm sure it could sound more un-motivated if he mentioned he's going to cycle deca at 400mg a week and not go to the gym

    KFC is an excellent source of everything you need to get big ...
    3 ... maybe 4 trips a day ... and you'll have that 1 pack you've always dreamed of ...

    Let the Flaming begin apparantley ....the title of this thread should have been "example of how not to start a thread" haha...I have to agree with the others, how could fatty food be easier to eat than lean meat??? explain?
