need advice on what to use to get back quick after an injury

What up every one, I had knee surgery (ACL) a couple of weeks ago and do not want to be out 6 to 9 months, I wanted to cut time in half by starting cycle. What would be the best thing to strengthen ligaments and muscles around knee, I'm an athlete that would like to get back to the field soon. THANKS.

The rehab will consist of not only muscle strength but you will need to regain the flexion in your knee. The muscle is much easier to rehab than the stretching of the new ligament. Did you get the machine that keeps your knee moving at home?

I'm using the machine to gain mobility and get rid of scar tissue, on it every day, ones I start going harder on my rehab and using weights was the time I wanted to take advantage of a cycle. I tried my first one four years ago and did pretty good, difference now is that I was out of the country and stuff was easy to get and it wasn't for injury, thanks again learned a lot already in the couple of days of researching on the web site.

I don't see steroids helping you do this... Gh maybe, but that is not going to be a quick fix either.... U can take your time and do it right or try and take short cuts and risk re-injury....
