Its for a mate he is 115kg 6f tall just wants to loose some flab around hes gut been working out obout 3 years? what do you sugest?

for a start not a winny only cycle, sounds like he needs a good diet and cardio program first before he consider's taking anything.

Diet and cardio burn fat, aas does not. Winstrol only is not a good cycle. Tell him to create a profile on here, and he can start doing some research for himself.

There are effective diet aids why is he going for winny first. I mean winny is not going to retain water but it is not going to burn fat. People hear winny is a good cutter (it is) but there are things such as Thermogenics, Glen, T3, and ECA stacks which would help cut weight. It sounds like your friend should consider some research and a different route if weight loss is the primary goal. Also there are diet aids in prescription form that reduce fat absorbsion and supress appetite.
