    Please check diet and breakdown out ....

    Hi

    Ive just started a cycle of test enth 750mg EW, Dbol 30mg ED for first 4wks, T3/Clen AT the end of cycle. Basically anyway!

    Im currently 185lbs and around 12% BF @ 5ft 10", age 24.

    For this post, all you need to know is right now, the diet is based on bulking up. I have attached it in how I eat it during the day, and a breakdown of the macros for each food item, inc %'s and totals etc. in another attachment.

    Also, the meal labelled "Tea", changes all the time. That is just what I happened to have that day. It could also be the likes of Chicken + Brown Rice + Veg (1), Chicken + Pasta + Veg(Wholemeal) (3), Tuna, Pasta, Mayo Wi Chicken breast plus Jacket Potato (5), Tuna Bol + Pasta (Wholemeal) (6), Chicken Breasts x 2 + Curry Sauce + Brown Rice (4), 2 x salmon fillets with new potatoes and salad (2)

    The numbers after each meal display how likely I am to have that one out of the list. The "Dinner" meal can be salmon fillets instead of chicken.


    If it is good to very good, then Ill leave it at that. If you think its bad, please let me know why.

    damn, you look a lot bigger than that in your avatar....

    didn't look at the diet as close as I will later (finals this week) but just glancing out food choices and total macros I'd say it looks real good.... you will definately grow!

    could you draw lines to separate meals its a little hard to know what belongs to what meal right now(maby just me beeing stupid though)

    if it where me though I would ditch 100 g carbs and raise 100g protein. But I guess you tolerate carbs pretty well?

    You have to tell me the secret on how to get away with that many carbs and stay at 12% bf??

    huh there seems to be bits of your posts ive missed out on johan?!!

    well, yeah I do tolerate them pretty well, I dont really have to watch my diet much and even eat lots of simple carbs when im not in any "Phases" and dont put much more fat on than I have now, if any. Seem to always be at the same level actually!

    The problem I have with my daily diet list is I dont have microsoft word on this comp and although I can use wordpad in windows, it is unable to save it as .doc file which is the type it has to be to be able to upload it. So, I had to save it as a .txt file which means only opens in notepad and cant have any text format! Sorry!

    Cant say I can se many things that can be changed
    A bit curious about the soy milk though. Why staying away from diary??

    ive been stayin away from as much dairy products as possibl for a few months now in order to reduce the eczema I suffer with. seems to be working so far so gonna stick with it where possible!

    BTW Johan, started your vit C experiment on saturday and will continue with 15g per day for the rest of the cycle to help with my bad shoulder and knee!!

    BTW Johan, did you notice that your farted a lot more when taking high amounts of vitamin C ?? Literally from day 1 of using it I just cant beleive I have this much wind in me ?!! lol

    you might be to close to your bowel tolerance. Try to spread it out a bit more or cut the dosage with 2 grams/day or so.

    If I get to close to bowel tollerance my ass isnt pleased

    just because you were running test e and dbol..... it's a common first cycle, so it struck my curiosity.....

    Ah I see....Yeah I wanted to keep this cycle simple and cheap and get the most for my money. Was cheaper to have extra test than it was to buy another compound to use. Plus pretty low sides.

    amen to that.... I'll be doing only test e in the far away future.... looks like you have a good outlook and the diet is good.... have fun gaining!
