Ive just started a cycle of test enth 750mg EW, Dbol 30mg ED for first 4wks, T3/Clen AT the end of cycle. Basically anyway!
Im currently 185lbs and around 12% BF @ 5ft 10", age 24.
For this post, all you need to know is right now, the diet is based on bulking up. I have attached it in how I eat it during the day, and a breakdown of the macros for each food item, inc %'s and totals etc. in another attachment.
Also, the meal labelled "Tea", changes all the time. That is just what I happened to have that day. It could also be the likes of Chicken + Brown Rice + Veg (1), Chicken + Pasta + Veg(Wholemeal) (3), Tuna, Pasta, Mayo Wi Chicken breast plus Jacket Potato (5), Tuna Bol + Pasta (Wholemeal) (6), Chicken Breasts x 2 + Curry Sauce + Brown Rice (4), 2 x salmon fillets with new potatoes and salad (2)
The numbers after each meal display how likely I am to have that one out of the list. The "Dinner" meal can be salmon fillets instead of chicken.
If it is good to very good, then Ill leave it at that. If you think its bad, please let me know why.
