I've done all three before, but not at the same time. I was hoping that someone that has done this can give me a good formula for these three. I train at 2pm. So i was thinking of
2iu of HGH and 33mcg of IGF, 10ius humalog at 7am.
2iu of HGH, 10ius humalog post workoput at 2pm
33mcg of IGF before bedtime 11pm
Feedback please.

Im taking 4ius of HGH per day. I would love to bump it up to 6, but cost is a factor. What i want to know is do i take the slin, IGF and HGH all together post workout. Will the IGF make me more sensitive. Would i have to consume more carbs? If i do take the IGF post workout should i take the whole 66mcg at that point.

got to disagree with you here everyone reacts diffrently to IGF and i know plenty of guys who see impressive results with 60mcg per day i am one of them....although i do agree with not splitting the shot though the whole 60mcg should be taken PWO...

pscarb, if i take it PWO with the slin. Will it make me more sensitive to the slin. Do i have to consume extra carbs because of the IGF.

If you do take the IGF and slin together, you will certainly want to be mindful of the IGF's potential for insulin sensitivity. I would probably back off your slin dose temporarily and ease it back up ... and have some extra carbs on standby if you go this route. It isn't that you can't do it ... just that you have to ease into it and find out what the combination does to you.

Honestly if it were me, I would do something more like the following (assuming you are running your insulin and IGF for 4-5 week bursts and not perpetually) -
2 IU's HGH at 7am
2 IU's HGH pre workout
For the Insulin and IGF I would alternate in 5 week intervals -
Weeks 1-5, 11-15 .... etc - 10 IU's humalog post workout
Weeks 6-10, 16-20 ... etc - 60-120mcgs of IGF post workout.
As pinn has already stated, I don't think you will see a huge difference in running the three concurently ... but alternating them does seem to have some benefit. The IGF seems to assist with restoring insulin sensitivity after your insulin use, and additionally it will help you lean out some. I run them somewhat like this at certain times of the year with reasonable success.

RB, have you ever tried preworkout? I always went post workout, due to its insulin like action and growth potential, but after hearing so much about pre workout being great I figured I would give it a shot. I really do like pre-workout, I seem to hold onto that full, hard look longer.
However, I wonder if it is not quite as efficient due to not getting that bost of igf right after a workout. Any thoughts?

Pre-workout should work great, and should prove to be as effective as PWO. Within reason, it really just boils down to personal preference and what works best for you individually.

So very true. I have done both pre and post and have been running it Pre due to my workouts. It has a long enough half life to carry on throughout the day.
IMO LR3 has a very long half-life, I"m assuming somewhere around 24-36 hours. Reason being that regardless of 3X a day or once a day I have always achieved similar results. My hypothesis is based on personal experience, no research to back it up. Even though there are claims of 6-8 hours, I call BS.

Results as far as what?Muscle growth?Surely you jest pal....I don't know ANYONE who can claim they gained muscle mass running LR3 IGF-1 and all the ppl I'm talking about are BBers with 15-30 yrs experience under thier belt.
I've ran LR3 more times than I careto admit at dfoses upwards 200 mcgs ED..no muscle growth here pal..nor with any of my bros either...soi what makes you so special that only YOU get muscle growth from LR3 IGf-1?Please inform the world so the rest of use can experience the same results as you.
I'll be waiting patiently for an in depth response on how YOU and only YOU acquired muscle growth running Lr3 IGF-1....

50mcg IGF pwo
humalog and IGF for 50 days on and off
He told me that Dave believes in not going over 50mcg of IGF. He says that the body becomes resistant to it at higher dosages and it wont have any effect.
I'll let everyone know how it goes.

No it is plain to see that no matter what i say you will form your own opinion of IGF now i have gained muscle from it the most was in my first go with it and i have never used any where near the dosages you are talking about....
I have also spoken to bodybuilders who have gained muscle and who have been in the game both lifting and competing for 15+yrs....i have been competing for 17yrs and i know what i am talking about with regards to my results from IGF....
i honestly don't understand your tone in your post it is evident from your response to me disagreeing with you that you don't like other guys disagreeing with either your word or opinion. i do disagree and the only thing i can say is that you need to switch suppliers as the IGF you are using seems to be crap.....Pal.
bigasscuban - i after agree with RB on your question concerning Slin use whilst on IGF in my opinion you should drop your slin right down to say 2-4iu's then increase as you feel fit and as your body tells you to as the IGF will make you more sensitive to Slin...

i respond also very well to lr3 and def see some gains on it allthough you can't compare it to aas gains. its a subtle thing imo. i bet pinnacle will disagree or even respond with "go back up your claims with study's" or his brotelligence bullsh!t but fact is that there are more then only me who respond well to it so to each his own, if you like it then use it if not...

I think the interesting point that my bro said that Palumbo says that more than 50mcg is too much. What do you guys think about that? BY the way yesterday i took 50mcg PWO with 8ius PWO and i did feel a little hypo i got scared and chuged a carbo force. Along with the slin and IGF i drink 10g or Creatine and 10g of glutamnine with 80g of Meldextrin. 45min later i have a Whey shake with 100g of pro and 100g of carbs.

you have to be very careful with IGF and Slin combined i would always say to lower the Slin dose...
i do believe that 50mcg is enough for most and that sometimes the more is better attitude gets out of hand sometimes...

I used 30 mcg IGF upon rising in the morning and then took 30 mcg more preworkout. I also then took 10 IU humalog PWO. I did this while on a cycle of AAS and do have to say that I saw better results on the IGF than without. It was a real subtle difference though, just like Rodge said. I looked leaner and harder, muscle looked higher quality. As far as gaining more muscle mass, I would have to say I gained maybe 2 more pounds off of it at most.

when i first used IGF in Nov/Dec 2004 yes i used it with AAS, but after the british finals in 2005 me and my wife wanted another child so i did not use AAS for 11months (she fell pregnant 6 weeks ago) i relied on GH and IGF as the only substances for maintaining the muscle i had...it must of worked as i competed 2 weeks ago winning my class and the overall title...

cheers mate...you will love it i have a little 6yr old girl already and she is an angel it took 1 month for my missus to fall pregnant with Kiana and i was on cycle this time it took 15months and i had to come off for 11months to recover....but it made me really research PCT and i guess i have now found the best way for me to recover..

cheers mate it has been a great finish to a long hard yr...11months off the gear was hard and very mentally demanding but at the end of it all my wife is pregnant and i won the overall title at my show 2 weeks ago without AAS so i cannot grumble....i have gained 12lbs in the last 2 weeks though after adding the gear between shows(competing on sunday)

Ontopic: I always increase my lbm while on a igf cycle, i keep my muscle and shed some fat off...I also like the pump i get from it. Its for me not really worth the money, when u really dont grow that much anymore on AAS then its quite ok to add igf into it.

While dieting down for my show this yr i ran IGF. Started about 214lbs ( i document everything) when i jumped on IGF, and ended 215lbs leaner. Wonder if i gained any muscle. Did i mention all my lifts went up?
I have TONS of friends and bodybuilders in the tri state area who gain off IGF. Pinnacle you might be able to post study this an study that, but in real life experience poeple grow off IGF... plain and simple. Maybe you just dont respond well and are bitter lol
