    corn cakes ok to eat?

    Im cutting right now and i have trouble getting down natural oats with no sugar or anything and I need my carbs in the morning so are fat free caramel corn cakes ok to eat while cutting nutrition facts are:

    1 CAKE

    TOTAL FAT 0G
    CHOLESTROL 0G
    SODIUM 30MG
    CARBS 11G
    SUGARS 3G
    INGREDIENTS: CORN (GERM REMOVED) WHOLE GRAIN, BROWN RICE, SUGAR,NATURAL FLAVOR, SALT

    I always heard that rice and corn cakes are very hi glycemic and not good for a cutting diet.

    what else can eat for carbs in the morning when im cutting

    I cook oats and add splenda and protein powder myself.

    Rice cakes are no good bro. Very high glycemic. Stick to oats/yams/brown rice/etc for low glycemic carb sources. Am I the only one that has a yam and can of tuna for breakfast? You people are too used to pancakes and cereal for breakfast. haha

    Try sprouted bread toasted with pure fruit preserves.Its really good.
