    Flax or fish oil? and Glutamine???

    quick question? what is better fish oil or flaxseed oil .. i know each one has different *****'s in it. but what one have u found worked better?

    also what kinda Glutamine is best with peptides or L glut? and how nessasary is it?

    IMO

    L-glut
    Flax, get a high quality flax to you can tell a diffrence, Liegens or Udo's is best

    so fish oil is the same as say cod liver liquids? etc

    flax oil contains linolenic acid(vegetable ***** 3) that gets converted to EPA and DHA(animal ***** 3) in the body. Fish oil contains EPA and DHA so no need for the conversion.
    However for practical purposes it makes no difference whatsoever if you get your ***** 3 from flax or fish oil.

    All kinds of glutamin is equaly worthless imo.
