Arrow WOW. 16 weeks of progress...

Just dug out my start picture, and compared it to the picture that was taken yesterday. Did a cycle of Sust 400mg/wk,EQ 350mg/wk, and last 5 weeks of winny. Before picture ws 185lbs @ about 17-18%BF. After pic is 192lbs @ about 14-15% BF. Height is 5'10. Most my BF is only around my mid section. I couldn't believe it. Bench at start was 165lbs, now an even 315lbs one rep max. Arms from 14.75" to 16". Kept most of my gains. Only lost 5lbs. Been off now for 4 weeks. Strength still 95% of what it was on last week of cycle.

WOW! great improvements. how long had you been training before you started your cycle? i ask as in the first pic it doesnt even look like you train. you look great in the second pic, nice job

Thanks. Actually, I trained 3 years ago, then quit because of no time, etc.

but yes, I took 3 years off, and that was I morphed into. A slob. LOL.

Now I am back into it hardcore and loving it. 5 days a week, about 1.2-1.5 hours every morning after work.

Great improvements. But you could of gotten there without the cycle. Live an learn. Glad to see you're back into the sport.

In 16 weeks, I would have been very far from my final result by sticking natural.. Been there many times. Not an easy gainer naturally. @ almost 32 years old, things have slowed down quite a bit!

Great Job Bro...the only reason I'm gonna agree with the guys above is because hardgainer or not, you only put on 7lbs, not very significant for the cycle you did, so either your diet was off or ur the ECTO OF ECTO's...Either way the end result has been superb!

Yeah well he dropped BF, but muscle is much more dense than fat, so his increased muslce mass would make the dropped bf obselete anyways...

maybe the physique change but not the increase in strength if his bench actually jumped from 165 to 315. a 150lb increase in 16 weeks is a big jump imo

Dude I'm not gonna call this guy a liar, but 165 to 315 seems a little generous no??? I mean my bench is like 200 so does that mean I can bench 400 in 16 weeks after the same cycle?? I doubt it...

I believe him. I myself could bench 300 1 rep after 6 weeks of gear from only about where he started.

It was mostly because I was starting from scratch again like he did.

When I worked at a gym a few years back, one of my friends came in and could bench 405 from 225 just after 2 months of natural training. He was kinda a big dude to begin with.

There is a difference in someone who's been working out for some time vs the guy who is just getting back into working out. Those initial gains are always the best but it's not possible to continue on like that once the body maxes out.

yeah I hear that, well I guess I am kind of an example of that...When I started lifting for real about a year ago I could barely bench 135!!! embarrassing right, I now warm up with 135, so there u go, not only that, but most of that year of training I had no idea what a correct diet was, for cutting or bulking...So all of those gains were purely from lifiting and just eating like a normal person...
