    Exclamation low energy playing sports

    currently 35 yrs old 220lbs taking test e 400ml on wednesday and 300ml deca on sat. played softball last night and had no energy. what should i eat pregame, and how early? moslty eating shakes at this point.

    Shakes shouldnt replace Real foods.
    Most Basketball.Hockey players have a serving of pasta. Baseball might be a bit different though but take some carbs though

    just eat a solid protein and carb meal 1,5-2 hours pregame and you should be good to go.
