    Exclamation vitamin b6

    can someone explain why b6 is included in cycles.. adn wht it is supposed to do..?

    Well its supposed to control Prgesterone gyno caused by things like Deca, however have a read of this as it may be all bs

    b6 will lower Prolactin.

    ditto, ive known about this for a while and i still keep reading it, am on the fence at the moment.

    Kale, Ive read both sides of studies and still get confused, its like anything one study says one thing and another the opposite, i would say try it see if it works for you, other than that there are 2 good arguments for either way.

    Intersting studies !!! You are right, it cant hurt, as long as you dont take to much of it. Better to be safe than sorry.

    I dont mean to high jackm, but what type of vitamin B6 do you guys use? From what company?

    I have read studies about that.

    I use it aswell but there are two studies concerning if it does or not, if it works for you carry on using it, hate studies anyway

    I just use the Good N' Natural brand 100mg tabs.
    1 tab AM
    1 tab PM

    and i take a Free Form amino acid that has 25mg B6 per 2 caps. I take like 30 caps throughout the day.
