ive just been wondering what effect sugarless food has on your body. im talking about sugarless gum, popsicles, candy, etc. these foods contain "no sugar" as suggested by the label, but they still have carbs. what types of carbs are these? i know that when it comes to popsicles and candy, they probably aint fiber/ anyways, just basically wondering if foods that are "sugarless" and have no other macros except a few carbs are ok/ or wondering what type of effects they will have on my body. thanks
