well give us something to go on. Age, weight, workout experience, diet. I am smart but I am not a mind reader !
diet is :
breakfeast:can of tuna,1apple,2olives and 6egg whites.
before my training: 1chicken breast boiled,salad of tomatoes and lettuce(lemon dressing)and some pasta(sometimes i cut back on pasta coz it makes me too bloated).
after my training:can of tuna +salad.
4th and 5th meal are the same but i alternate tuna with chicken or meat
as for my 6th meal before bed i have some olive and chicken and lettuce and 6egg whites
cardio 3 days a week sometimes in the morning empty stomach sometimes after weight session. 4years of training. 23years old,185cms.
i cant seem to get below 200lbs, my abs are visible but no cut and i still have a bit of love handles on my lower back:S
