    push pull

a friend of mine is wokring with routine all the time and amazingly making great results with it i told i would be afraid to train like this as it might cause overtraining maybe i was wrong so i wanted to share it with u

    Thursday : Heavy day
to be brief he does a total of 16 sets for each body part and by the way he performs all exercises in a pyramid style when i told him u will overtrain he told me nooo cuz all the push in one day and u will give them 2 days of rest after the first workout which is supposed to be the light one and then after the heavy one u give them 3 days of rest
i'm not gonna post the pull untill u tell me that i'm right about that this workout will overtrain u and he is just an exception
