Taking hGH and one of my interests are fat loss...you guys have a preference for reducing fats in the diet or reducing carbs (or just simple carbs) for fat loss while on hGH?
I just prepare some Protein and simpel carbs shortly after the shot, then I reduce diatary fat and try keeping my carbs up after workout and extra Protein (Whey, BCAAS; Milkprotein), Creatine, ALA , ALCAR and clean diatary carbs and Prtoeins, like poultry, steaks, eggs some cheese, sometimes some cheating with fastfood.
