I'll assume you don't know how to upload a pic.. so for future reference here's how:
"New thread"
"Manage Attachments" button
"Browse" for pic on the net or your computer
"Upload"
Right-click on the properties of the pic.. copy and paste them between the image tags:
"[img]" "[/img]"
And you're set
